Refund policy

Mithos Radar is currently free, so we take no payments and no refunds are due. The rest of this page applies once paid plans launch.

1. Future paid plans

Plans are monthly subscriptions.
You can cancel any time from your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.

2. Refunds

Full refund if you ask within [14] days of your first payment. [DECISION NEEDED]
After that, no refunds for part months, unless we have materially failed to provide the service. [DECISION NEEDED]
Refunds go back to the original payment method within [10] working days. [DECISION NEEDED]

3. How to ask for a refund

Email info@mithosradar.com from the address on your account and tell us which payment it's about. [DECISION NEEDED]

4. Your legal rights

Business customers do not have a legal 14-day cooling-off right, but this policy applies either way. If you are a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.
