Terms of service

• Mithos Radar sends email alerts about planning applications that match the trades and area you choose.
• It is currently free while we launch. Paid plans may follow; we will give at least [30] days' notice before any charge applies.
• Coverage is limited to the areas listed on our website.

• Planning data comes from public council registers via third parties. It may be late, incomplete or wrong.
• Locations are approximate (postcode level), so distances are estimates.
• Nothing we send is professional, legal or planning advice. Always check the council's own record before relying on it.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, that every email will be delivered, or that you will win any work or achieve any business outcome.

• Do not scrape, resell or republish the data.
• Do not abuse or overload the service, try to get around limits, or access other people's accounts.
• Council records can contain personal data. If you use it, you must handle it lawfully, including under UK GDPR and direct marketing rules.

• Give accurate details and keep your password secure.
• One person per account unless we agree otherwise.
• We may suspend or close accounts that are misused.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise, our total liability is limited to [the fees paid in the previous 12 months, or £100 if the service was free], and we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profits.

• We may change the service or these terms. We will tell account holders about significant changes by email.
• You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice, or immediately for misuse.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
